WHO ARE WE?

At Beyond Pilates we offer a wide range of movement and conditioning solutions, catered to beginners all the way through to professionals. With experience and supporting qualifications, we aid your health and wellbeing journey through accessible and bespoke training plans.


Beyond Pilates brings together a unique mix of movement experience, taken from a variety of styles spanning over 20 years and several countries. Now offering a bespoke service for everybody, teaching focuses on you and your life, including aspects of movement including breathing, mobility, control, co-ordination and posture. 

Beyond Pilates will work with you to educate you on movement for life. 


For Luke, Pilates is, and should be, accessible to everyone and it allows deep exploration into quality of movement. He believes Pilates training supports many acts ranging from functional daily tasks, all the way up to complicated athletic movements performed in Sports, Dance and Acrobatics. Regardless of experience, there is always something to work on with Pilates; with his knowledge and extensive training, classes and exercises can be tailored to individual ability level and personal goals. Luke first learned the benefits of Pilates to support his full-time training as a Trampoline Gymnast for Great Britain. Following this, he used Pilates as a form of body conditioning during his career as an Acrobat and Dancer for Cirque du Soleil in the USA. Subsequently, he qualified as a teacher with the Pilates Foundation enabling him to further discover movement and to share his practice with others.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

We analyse your strengths and weaknesses, putting together a program tailored to you and your goals. Whether for your own personal gain or to help you within your sport, we are here to help.

PILATES

Our pilates teaching focuses on you and your life, including aspects of movement including breathing, mobility, control, co-ordination and posture. Our aim is to educate you on movement for life.
Classes start from £10 per session or 6 sessions for £50. 1-1 or 1-2 sessions are £40 per session.

ACROBATIC COACHING

This unique program will provide you with a technical analysis of acrobatic performance from an ex GB Trampolinist and Cirque Du Soliel member.

JOIN OUR CLASSES AT THE SPIRE

High St, Poole BH15 1DF

Join us every Monday 18:00 - 19:00 for our Beginner Class and 19:15 - 20:15 for the Intermediate Class. These sessions cost £10 per class or buy 6 classes for £50.
